By accessing or using EZZYRIDE, you agree to comply with this Policy.

Users must not use the Platform to engage in illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized activities.

Customers and transportation providers should maintain respectful communication before, during, and after every booking.

4. Accurate Information

Honest Accounts and Listings

Customers and transportation providers must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information.

Transportation providers must not:

  • Misrepresent their identity or qualifications.
  • Publish inaccurate vehicle information.
  • Display misleading pricing.
  • Falsify licenses, permits, or certifications.
  • Misrepresent vehicle availability or service areas.

Customers must provide accurate pickup locations, destinations, contact details, and booking information.

5. Transportation Services

Provider Responsibilities

Transportation providers are solely responsible for:

  • The transportation services they provide.
  • Driver qualifications.
  • Vehicle registration and maintenance.
  • Required licenses and permits.
  • Insurance where required by law.
  • Compliance with transportation regulations.
  • Passenger safety during the ride.

Providers must ensure that vehicles listed on EZZYRIDE are roadworthy, properly maintained, and legally authorized to operate.

6. Bookings and Payments

Fair Transactions

Users must not:

  • Create fraudulent bookings.
  • Use unauthorized payment methods.
  • Manipulate fares or pricing.
  • Circumvent the Platform to avoid applicable Platform Service Fees.
  • Abuse refunds or chargebacks.
  • Create fake customer or provider accounts.

Transportation providers are expected to honor confirmed bookings unless cancellation is permitted under their published policies or due to exceptional circumstances.

7. Platform Security

Protecting the Platform

Users must not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform.
  • Upload malware, viruses, or malicious software.
  • Interfere with Platform functionality.
  • Reverse engineer or exploit the Platform.
  • Use automated tools that negatively affect Platform performance.
  • Attempt to bypass Platform security measures.

8. Reviews and Ratings

Honest Feedback

Reviews and ratings must reflect genuine transportation experiences.

Users must not:

  • Publish false or misleading reviews.
  • Manipulate ratings.
  • Offer or accept payment for fake reviews.
  • Harass providers or customers through reviews.

EZZYRIDE reserves the right to remove reviews that violate this Policy.

9. Safety

Passenger and Driver Safety

Customers and transportation providers are expected to prioritize safety at all times.

Users must not:

  • Engage in violent, threatening, or dangerous behaviour.
  • Damage vehicles or personal property.
  • Carry illegal items during transportation.
  • Request transportation for unlawful purposes.
  • Endanger the safety of drivers, passengers, or the public.

Transportation providers may refuse service where doing so is reasonably necessary to protect safety or comply with applicable laws.

10. Independent Transportation Providers

Marketplace Relationship

Transportation providers using EZZYRIDE operate as independent businesses.

They are solely responsible for:

  • Transportation services.
  • Vehicle condition.
  • Pricing.
  • Driver conduct.
  • Customer service.
  • Licenses and permits.
  • Compliance with applicable laws.

EZZYRIDE serves solely as a technology marketplace and does not supervise, manage, employ, or control independent transportation providers.

11. Enforcement

Violations

Failure to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy may result in one or more of the following actions:

  • Removal of content or listings.
  • Suspension of bookings.
  • Temporary account suspension.
  • Permanent account termination.
  • Cancellation of bookings where appropriate.
  • Reporting unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

EZZYRIDE reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action to protect the Platform, its users, and its partners.

12. Policy Updates

Changes

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, legal requirements, or business practices.

Updated versions become effective upon publication on EZZYRIDE.

Continued use of the Platform after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
